The medical receptionist is very unprofessional, with a nasty attitude she does everything except her job. Was absent from the front check in more than 10 mins. So of course when I am next to be called in line she proceeds to tell me that I am late and would need to reschedule. I didn’t get her name but she was the black lady with a low cut. She proceeds to lie to and tell me Dr.Ciliberti is not in the office. I have never had a problem with the office until now.
I’ve been a patient of Dr Heidi Rogers since 2023. I find her compassionate and willing to take time to listen. No complaints here . Also love her assistant Kat

I left there in tears being told I had fibromyalgia but they wouldn't be treating me , my family physician can do it. And the receptionist did everything but cause me out. It was in 2022.
