0 stars rude with me being a new patient, never received a packet but got rude and said it will cut my time down if I don't finish so never got to finish at all to list other concerns and symptoms, didn't even look over my body and comments on pictures and items I took with me. Find a different place!!!!
The medical receptionist is very unprofessional, with a nasty attitude she does everything except her job. Was absent from the front check in more than 10 mins. So of course when I am next to be called in line she proceeds to tell me that I am late and would need to reschedule. I didn’t get her name but she was the black lady with a low cut. She proceeds to lie to and tell me Dr.Ciliberti is not in the office. I have never had a problem with the office until now.
I’ve been a patient of Dr Heidi Rogers since 2023. I find her compassionate and willing to take time to listen. No complaints here . Also love her assistant Kat
