I had an appointment canceled right before it was due, even though it was scheduled more than a month out. Had a very inappropriate conversation over the phone about the cancellation. People here don’t know what they’re doing so go somewhere else.
Always made me comfortable. Dr. Smith and his staff were very knowledgeable.
They squeezed me in for last minute appt made by my family doctor. The SAME DAY!!! I could not believe it. Same day appt with a specialist!!! Never thought I could get it in 2 weeks much less same day. I was in severe pain. I had never had a stone before so I thought I was dying. I got there was seen within 20 mins (filled out new patient paperwork). Shown to an exam room within 5 mins.. yes believe it 5 mins, Dr. Becker came in asked questions. I was referred to here. These guys did all tests - required or not and then charged an arm and a leg. they have deals with other companies as well and then charge for that as well without explaining any of it to us. It is a scam..
