Always been amazed by all the providers and their care for our family. Real blessing to have the office and staff in our community! No mater the ailment the care is there.
I’ve been there twice, saw two different providers, and got great care from both. They both listened to my concerns and prescribed medicines for my illness AND my symptoms. The nurses and people at the counter were friendly as well. This is my top pick for my immediate care needs!
I show up at 1:00 to pick up my prescription and apparently it got sent to the wrong pharmacy, no big deal, the staff told me theyd have it sent here after lunch and call me back. I live 30 mins away so i figure i can just get some shopping done and wait around until its done. Well it's rolling around to 4:00 and still nothing so I try to call to find out if it'll be ready today or not. Made a confirmed appt for my sick child at 3:15. Upon arriving at 3:05 they told me that they had changed our appt time to 3:00 to accommodate another patient that needed a 3:30 appt AFTER our appt was already confirmed. They refused to see my child because we were “late” to the appt that they had changed. Saying they called his father with the appt time changes. Was told there were no more appointments that day.
