I have read the comments. The negative reviews seem to all stem from the immediate care office next door. This review is for the regular doctor's office. I have been a patient of Dr. Jeremy Thornewill for most of my adult life. The entire staff, from nurses to lab techs and the front desk, are amazing. I have not had communication issues regarding important matters. Medication refills are promptly sent in. You are not rushed, and I am treated like the most important person while Dr. Thornewill is in the room.

The wait times are extreme and for ill patients this is unacceptable. I’d consider another practice that respects the patients time.
Get better care here than any other location.
