Two times they set an appointment with my wife just for her to drive up there (40mins for her) for it to be closed. She never received a call nor text, this is unacceptable and is causing too much stress on my pregnant wife. I don’t understand why they would randomly close in the middle of the week anyhow. On top of not reaching out to their appointments!
Very rude, had a apt was 15 min late, right at the time frame, NO ONE ELSE THERE OR IN THE PARKING LOT, I told them I live over a hour away, I've had a previous still birth, and a premie! Would not see me because they was "booked" yet no one was there. Do better.
