So since my provider moved to another location I can't see a different provider at the location I have been coming to for over 5 yrs. How inconvenient and rude is that. It's always something with this practice. Thanks Nortons for messing up my Healthcare needs.

I was probably a complete nightmare as I had a panic attack (long story) and changed my mind 3 times on what I wanted to do. They were incredibly sweet and understanding though and while I’m still embarrassed, they made it as easy as they possibly could. The only person whose name I caught was Mischelle (hopefully spelled right) but everyone was amazing. Shot didn’t hurt too which was a bonus
Contacted the office over five times without resolving a change of my prescription. Very difficult to reach and not able to get me in contact with the doctor. In person visit was judgmental and condescending, very difficult to ask questions and have open conversation.
Was supposed to be seen as a high importance appointment just told be told when I arrived the nurse practitioner wasn’t in that I was supposed to see. I also had an ultrasound appointment they refused to do since I hadn’t been seen there. Very disappointed! Going back to UofL…
