Only getting one star because I have to. There was a man in complete agony and pain for over an hour. Screaming begging for help because he was in pain and there was a female Dr that basically just told him to shut up and stop yelling. She said “there are other sick people who don’t want to hear u yelling”. Needless to say I will be complaining to HR and I will be making sure he gets an apology. Not ok.

I went to the emergency room last month and everyone was so kind. I never can remember names, but the doctor was great and so were the nurses. I had to stay there for two days cause they couldn’t find a beer for me at Uof L. The Dr. continuously called and got very upset with them when they couldn’t get me a bed. He finally called Norton and got a bed there after two days. While I was there they constantly checked on me and fed me very good meals and gave me a room with attached bathroom to spend the night in. They kept apol... read more

Fantastic WOW I went to the ER they were so nice and very helpful. The nurse that put in my IV was phenomenal! Dr was great. The radiology department was fantastic. I had a great experience even though I was in pain. They made it tolerable.

Took my son here for swelling on ankle and leg. Doctor showed no concern for the issue. He did no type of examination on his leg and put down on the paper work that an X-ray was done on him, when he did not have one done.
