Took my son here for swelling on ankle and leg. Doctor showed no concern for the issue. He did no type of examination on his leg and put down on the paper work that an X-ray was done on him, when he did not have one done.
I feel this experience needs addressed because of how I was treated by one particular nurse during my visit. Overall, her demeanor throughout my care came across as cold, dismissive, and unprofessional. I arrived soaking wet and uncomfortable, yet it took around 45 minutes before I was even given anything to change into. During that time, I already felt physically unstable and vulnerable. You could be the only person in the EMERGENCY room and they’ll still take 30 minutes, even after getting you signed in. They can’t give you an MRI (machine is down), they don’t have knee braces, just little basic things. The staff constantly giggling and telling each other stories behind the table (especially the ER) definitely doesn’t help when this place is already lacking. Not usually the type to leave reviews but after seeing the low rating I thought I'd state my experience. I sliced my hand open while at work and my coworker took me to their ER, they helped me fill out my forms (without me asking as I cut my writing hand), they brought me extra gauze as my paper towel wrap was failing, and within 25 minutes my hand was sewn up.
