Dr. Antimisaris with the Norton Healthcare Neuroscience Institute is so kind and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and we never felt rushed with her. So glad we got an appointment to see her.
The telehealth feature is a disaster! I was marked as a no show when i was logged on and received an email that my provider was running behind. This has happened multiple times in the past few years. I am a cluster headache patient and they have been by far the best people to treat my condition. But today was totally unacceptable to stay in the connection window on zoom for almost ninety minutes, only to call them and be marked a no show. Was referred here after years of Migraines. First visit was lackluster with care (to say the least) but continued to visit, in an altered zoom-heavy environment. Often waiting well after appointment time to speak to someone. Recently my insurance changed, and I was given information about payment from a representative at this office.
