Absolutely horrible, been trying to get a copy of a disc for my MRI for days now and no one is able to help or find a solution. Only open 2 days a week and since on one of the days there was only 1 appointment, they served them and then closed for the rest of the day. Completely useless to anyone needing assistance. No responses, and told I would receive a call back same day, and never happened. Can not even contact the location as the phone number routes to an off ote location. Staff was very polite and accommodating, my appointment was exactly on time, and I got the disc within a minute or two of finishing the MRI.
The front desk and the person that does the MRI were very nice. Then it went from bad to worse. First they could not give me my copy of disc and had to send it by fedex. Which I then found in my yard in the snow. Now I can not get my report read and either sent to my dr or me. If you call they just say hasn’t been read. And keep you on hold for an hour. I am a heart patient and may have a blockage in my head that needs to be addressed ASAP and this information has changed nothing with this company. This is causing me immense... read more
The staff is friendly and scheduling was very easy. However, their website claims that they “have board-certified radiologists who interpret your images and provide your referring physician an accurate diagnosis, in 24 hours or less”. It has been almost a week and even after multiple phone calls of promises to place a “rush” order on the reading”, my MRI has not been read and my doctor is still waiting for them to finish the written report.
