Extremely disappointed with my experience at KDH ER. My nurse, Debby—whose name I only knew because it was written on the whiteboard—never introduced herself. She came in, put a BP cuff on me, and walked out. Nearly an hour later, an NP came in, asked very few questions, and never asked about my allergies or health history before ordering a head CT and UA.
