Very unprofessional! I called to get some help with finding a health insurance plan for my wife and I was told to call Chris so I did and of course he wasn't available so left a message and was told he would get back with me later that day but he neve called back. So the next day I called again and gave them my wife's # to call her, I believe a day later he called but it was like a 2 min conversation and said he wkukd call back on Monday to further discuss plans and options, well here it is Wednesday and still NO phone call.... read more
