I was mauled by a dog and have clear nerve damage to my toes. I cannot feel sensation or temperature and it’s affecting my ability to walk. They take 14 days to process referrals and haven’t even gotten mine yet. I can’t even schedule. The soonest I can be worked in at any location is January 2026 once they get the referral. I pray those with neurological issues who are facing life or death situations / severe quality of life issues are able to get in immediately, but I doubt they are. I know that this nurse did not put me on hold and leave me on hold until the office closed? I have called 4 times today to get a prescription refilled and sent thru my chart. This is absolutely ridiculous
My grandmother has a doctor at the institute. The doctor listens and provides clear answers to our questions. We don't feel rushed either.(That's very important) Great office etiquette and bedside manner.

I would not recommend this physician practice to anyone. It is hard to get an aging parent to admit when their memory is starting to slip. We went in for an appointment with one of the male physicians in this group and she just didn't feel comfortable with him. Nothing in particular she just wanted to switch to a female physician in the practice. The practice will not allow her to switch as they don't approve patience changing within the practice.
