My review is for the location and not any of the doctors. I'm a cancer survivor and need regular follow up scans for the next few years. I always choose Brownsboro because the parking here had been very easy to self park in the lot directly in front or to the side of the building. Then they added valet last fall. The valet appears to have control of at least half the spots directly in front of the building. What is the point of valet if they just park my car exactly where I can easily park myself? Very formal approach, not result oriented. Push DMT, as soon as you are off DMT lose interest. Social work department is helpless, they don’t give you what you need.
This is the absolute WORST place I've ever taken my autistic son to. We had an EEG scheduled but were told he had to sit still for it. He doesn't sit still for very long so his neurologist said even if we only get a few minutes of video, to see if he's having more seizures. Once back there, one of the "ladies" said well we can't just do a few minutes when I told her what the dr said I said do you want me to call him and she said well go ahead. Update…I wrote the below review after my 2021 last cervical surgery (I think I’ve had 7 since injured in Hurricane Katrina). After some misunderstandings I did get in to actually see my actual neurosurgeon. So the earlier confusion and misunderstandings of what I was saying actually worked in my favor as I was able to see Dr. Doss who I believe to be the best critical care neurosurgeon in at least the South & Midwest. Since my review is seen so often I should update since my first visit in 2015. I have been trying to get a prescription for a new neck brace (Dr Doss wrote me a new RX but I was a few months short before Medicare would cover a new one), and the multiple phone calls and total misunderstanding of what I was asking for led me to just ask for an appointment.
