Horrible horrible horrible communication!! We would call and leave messages for April Dougherty to please call us back. She never returned our calls or the home health nurses calls!! My mom death is on her hands!! The amount of intravenous medications she ordered for my mom should’ve NEVER been given for as long as they were. I have been dealing with a severe illness with debilitating symptoms since last Spring of 2024. I have been to my PCP at least 10 times for help in getting better.
