Heather in billing was so disgusting to customer service reps over the phone that noone wanted to help her solve her billing issue. She spoke down to my colleagues, when we tried to assist her she kept cutting us off and saying things like "does noone know how to do their job here". It made everyone even our supervisor uncomfortable who was sitting near me. How embarrassing and unprofessional for this practice.
