I have been dealing with a severe illness with debilitating symptoms since last Spring of 2024. I have been to my PCP at least 10 times for help in getting better. Heather in billing was so disgusting to customer service reps over the phone that noone wanted to help her solve her billing issue. She spoke down to my colleagues, when we tried to assist her she kept cutting us off and saying things like "does noone know how to do their job here". It made everyone even our supervisor uncomfortable who was sitting near me. How embarrassing and unprofessional for this practice.
