DO NOT GO HERE. List out all your symptoms and they’ll say “I don’t think so” without any testing, even though you went through the hoops of doctors referring that you should be tested for x. They also will put incorrect information in your chart. “Patient has severe gastric issues” at the bottom of the same page “negative for gastric issues”. I have to thank God for leading me to Drs. Alkahlil , Rosenbaum and Mathbout as they saved my life after learning I had progressive heart disease and complications. The care, cardiovascular expertise and compassion could not have been a better experience at Norton Audubon with the exceptional team healing me there.

I was a patient of Dr Kent Morris. I found him to be, arrogant, condescending, and displayed what I felt was questionable clinical judgement, questionable medical care, and questionable ethics. I awoke one morning feeling as if I was in an unsafe and uncomfortable heart rhythm. I called the practice of which Dr. Morris is the Associate Medical Director, and was told to go in for an EKG, five hours later. Tried to call the office to reschedule an appointment and called the number listed. They transferred me to another number then it rang about 40 times then disconnected. I called back and they gave me a direct number to call which I did and I hit the corresponding number on the key pad for appointments and got a message that said this line does not allow messages then got disconnected. I called back and hit another number to try and reach a human to no avail. I ended up calling a total of 4 times and got no answer.

The facilities are nice... but nice facilities do not equal good healthcare outcomes. One of the PA's on staff E-mil-y J-ud e, is completely inexperienced and unprofessional, I would trust a chimp to throw darts at a dartboard on standard of care - about as much as I would trust her. She lacked critical thought based on a small sample of clinical clinical findings and performed fast food medicine, creating exclusionary criteria based on the answer to one question.
