Tried to call the office to reschedule an appointment and called the number listed. They transferred me to another number then it rang about 40 times then disconnected. I called back and they gave me a direct number to call which I did and I hit the corresponding number on the key pad for appointments and got a message that said this line does not allow messages then got disconnected. I called back and hit another number to try and reach a human to no avail. I ended up calling a total of 4 times and got no answer.
The facilities are nice... but nice facilities do not equal good healthcare outcomes. One of the PA's on staff E-mil-y J-ud e, is completely inexperienced and unprofessional, I would trust a chimp to throw darts at a dartboard on standard of care - about as much as I would trust her. She lacked critical thought based on a small sample of clinical clinical findings and performed fast food medicine, creating exclusionary criteria based on the answer to one question.
