Regarding my appt. at Norton Clinic at 7430 Jefferson Blvd. Arrived at my appt. ten minutes early, was promptly checked in, was not called for my 10:30 appt. until 10:45. The tech. took my vitals and took me to a room to be seen by a P.A. I waited over 1/2 hour to be seen by the P.A. I did not check out until 12:00. My time is also as important as the professionals I was to be seen by. My feelings toward Norton have not changed you are the best care givers I have ever been with.
