Nurses inside have been rude to me both times I came through and acted as if I was a burden for even being there. Also, when they wrap your arm after drawing blood, they wrap it very poorly. It popped off entirely and my arm started bleeding as I pulled into the parking lot across from them to make a phone call. Fabulous.
Great concept but the service is extremely slow. They only see patients in one lane. The building is fully staffed but most of the employees don't appear involved in patient care. Don't waste your time going inside. You will be ignored.
Worst experience in awhile. I'm a difficult stick and I always let them know up front. I'll give a good amount of grace due to this, but if I say please stop digging and they just keep digging, it's a problem. The drive through option seems convenient but way more trouble than it's worth. They were not the most friendly group, but hitting my car with the cart with zero awareness or apology was not OK.
Called twice and they immediately hung up on me. Not very professional for a medical facility.
