I called and made an appointment and they told me I would be in and out in 15mins. Also asked me if I had an order and I informed them I had a written order and was told that was fine. Got to appointment at 12:25 for 12:30 appointment and long line of cars. I asked a lady if I would be done at 1:00 due to another appointment. She responded that “they take lunch from 11:45-12:15 and the call center doesn’t tell patients that and people just have to wait.” The line did move fast and only had to wait about 20mins for my turn. I have utilized the Norton Respiratory Testing Center multiple times in the past six months. They are well organized and quick, regardless of the number of people in line. I have visited when they had two lanes backed up almost to the back of the lot, and when there were only two cars total. Each time I have received prompt and courteous service. This is the first place I check when I need a COVID test.
Norton needs to fix their MyChart system. The online system told me my appointment was at 1720 West Broadway. Called this morning and they said office was closed. After WAY too much searching I found out it was listed incorrectly and it's actually here at Popular Level. No way I'm going to make this appointment on time. Couldn't call - the number to this place said it was after hours so couldn't get an answer, so apparently it's closed on weekends too. Norton needs to fix this.
Son needed pre-surgery covid test. We had an appointment. Arrived approx 10 mins late but still checked in and seen quickly. Whole thing took about 15 mins total to register, drive into this little garage like set up and to get him swabbed. Got his results the same day.
