They lost my blood work.. when I pulled in they had the information they definitely look confused I asked them twice to call the doctor to clarify they said that's okay it will be good enough. Sent it to the wrong lab or it sat there for 4 weeks trying to find it. And still have not got a refund and have to go redo it again. Definitely will never go here again. I am so impressed with this! I have been putting labs off for a year because my last experience was so bad. This was so convenient and easy! Thank you Norton!
I personally went and the tech was rude and just hateful. thought she was having bad day. had to return a second time and same experience. She was just rude. Now, my daughter went last week and said she couldnt get over just how hateful the tech was to her. Apparently, this is not an isolate incident. Guess I will make sure to have my labs and my clients lab done elsewhere. Just no need for such rude behavior.
