Very welcoming experience! I had just moved to Kentucky and needed urgent care due to severe pain the night before. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick. Facility was clean and spaced out. Wait time was appropriate considering the number ahead of me. The medical staff seemed eager to find a diagnosis, provided instructions on self care as well as next steps if symptoms worsened. I would recommend this facility to anyone seeking medical assistance.
