A Bella Mia (aka Norton Florist) was incredibly speedy with same day delivery. That was terrific and earned them one star. The arrangement, however, was not what I ordered and paid for. I ordered the Brightest Smile Bouquet which is supposed to be filled with lilies, poms, roses, etc. in bright summer colors. Please note . . . not a cheap carnation or fern in sight. GPS says it's a "store". I drove there and it was in a residential apartment complex. So It's not a store, you can only call to order flowers.

Following up! :) As per my last review - they responded and asked me to call the owner for a refund. I surely called and her claims were quite rich! This lady made every excuse in the book for why the flowers received looked nothing like the photo. 1.) Mentioned she’s only slept for 2.5 hours - yikes, what would they have looked like on 1 hr? 2.) “We have a disclaimer on the site that says flower arrangement may not look exactly like photo” - why YES!
