TOTAL QUACKS!! Went there with an issue that I had been dealing with and was prescribed medication. No improvement whatsoever in my conditions and actually ended up in the ER. The REAL DOCTOR in the ER told me that the medication that was prescribed would have absolutely no effect on my condition and recommended I change my family doctor. I hadn't been to a doctor in 10 years. Dr. Chase is amazing. He takes time to explain everything. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff. I highly recommend Norton Family Practice. If I have an issue, they call me back within 12 hours.
Dr Stokes and Dr Chase are Great!! Andrea is wonderful but the rest of the staff leave a lot to be desired! You can never get anyone to answer the phones and you get a snotty attitude if you ask to many questions!
