I had my first appointment with NCMA recently and saw Amanda Parker, DNP. I really liked her. She took the time to listen to my concerns, offered suggestions and truly cared about me and my well being. I highly recommend her.
A BETTER NAME WOULD BE PAIN UN-MANAGEMENT The office staff was friendly and I was seen on time. The doctor explained my care plan and the procedure that is to be performed. My problem is that it has been almost 2 weeks, and they have not gotten me on the schedule for a procedure. I am in excruciating pain from a large herniation that is pressing on my sciatic nerve. Was seen 1/22/18 for fever, cough. Seen right away. Staff courteous, professional. Diagnosed in 30 mins and heading home 45 mins after I arrived. Excellent facility.
very good experience with Dr. Kocian and the staff. First time in along time I had gone to a doctor as a new patient that didn't have a huge amount of paper work to go through before seeing the doctor. Very impressed
This is my mom's doctor. Every time I take her, it doesn't matter that she has an appointment and gets there on time, all the drug reps get priority over patients. They walk in and usually go right back. Unless he's already got another drug rep back there talking with him. Sometimes one of them brings lunch for the entire staff and I'm sure the competing reps are offering great incentives for prescribing their products over the others as well as some kickbacks or commissions. I'm not sure the women doctors name, but she is horrible does nothing for you! She doesn't know anything either. I mentioned a medicine, and she just shrugged her shoulders, and shook her head didn't even know what it was and should have !!! The guy doctor has been helpful ,but it's a hit and miss sad to say but it seems like it goes by their moods how u get treated!
so I just called and the receptionist was really rude. her name was brantly something like that. she hung up on me. my husband asked a question so I answered it WHILE I WAS ON HOLD . I did not hear her say hello. I called back and she answered me rudely saying NO I said hello twice. so I hung up on her to not be mean.
Staff is very rude. Difficult to work with. Impossible to get an appointment without a hassle. As a nurse, I'm embarrassed that they deal with patients in that manner.
They wouldn't give me a TDP vaccine because I wasn't "already sick," even though they told me they would over the phone. I walked in to Walgreens and they did it no problem. Keep in mind Walgreens is a store that sells beer and Mac and cheese in a box and Norton is a healthcare facility. See the problem here?
