Everyone there was awesome I went in for a CT and some lab work. Everyone was very kind and very caring from check in to lab to the CT. Rebecca in CT went above and beyond to get me scheduled , and through the whole process!! I really appreciate it!!
If you have underlying health issues, honestly, it feels like a waste of time and money going to CareFirst. Both times I’ve gone, the doctor has told me I need to go to the ER. They have the ability to do scans there, but instead they send you away to the ER after taking your copay and insurance money. So you spend money at CareFirst, then another $150+ just to go to the ER, only for the ER to tell you that it could have been treated at CareFirst. 🤦♀ That’s exactly what happened to me. Kristen in the mammography department is wonderful! She does an amazing job of making patients feel comfortable during the procedure and ensuring that quality images are taken.
I would like to thank the girls in the Diagnostic dept. MRI and XRay, Erica, Rebecca ,Suzanne and the Office Manager Madison. I had a pain pump removed and the was questionable metal that could have shocked me, but they were patient and called and spoke to several Radiologist and Medtronic about this issue, , they were so comforting and caring and went above and beyond taking care and professional care with me.
