Horrible experience! I was sent here by my GI doctor for an abdominal MRI of the liver, gallbladder and Pancreas. First they weren't open on time for a 6:00am appointment. The staff member said "I left you a voice mail". I never received a voice mail. The technicians didn't want to be there either acted hungover. They placed a plastic device in my abdomen it was pushing in-between my ribs when I took a breath. I was in and out in a hurry. Staff is very friendly
They told a lady her 11 year old could not sit in the waiting room while she got her mammogram, she had to reschedule or take him to the car. Wth there’s no signs saying anything about no kids allowed to sit without an adult. They would rather send him out to the parking lot where no one can see him than let me stay inside. Thankfully my husband was also outside and keep an eye on the car. The kid was very well mannered and just played a game the whole time. Seriously bad move Norton.
