Appointment was for 3:20, when get there the rude front desk lady said I was supposed to be there an hour ago for contrast - maybe if you all had communicated that in any of the text messages about the appointment I would have been. Then she said C/Kaitlyn called me yesterday which was a straight up lie. So mad wasted PTO to not get anything done.
Someone needs to tell the doctors and update their website to say that they are closed from 12:00 to 1:00 some of us took our lunch break to come!
It was ok front desk lady was a bit rude. She wanted to know why I was not working which is odd considering I was there for a non work related injury. The MRI staff was friendly.
Horrible experience! I was sent here by my GI doctor for an abdominal MRI of the liver, gallbladder and Pancreas. First they weren't open on time for a 6:00am appointment. The staff member said "I left you a voice mail". I never received a voice mail. The technicians didn't want to be there either acted hungover. They placed a plastic device in my abdomen it was pushing in-between my ribs when I took a breath.
