This company came at a recommendation from family friends. Their website had a reward for them for recommending their services. This reward was never paid out by the company. I contracted Norton to replace the roof on my home. They provided a boiler plate proposal that included a complete roofing system from Owen's Corning. Excellent attention to detail and high quality of work and professionalism. Found Norton Exteriors in the Community Values magazine, and I highly recommend them for their help with building our new house!
Superb experience - from the professionalism to the timeliness of the project, which consisted of siding, windows, gutters and roofing. The crew was great and cleaned up when things were complete. Shane kept me informed with updates along the way. I am elated with the results!
The crew did a lovely job, the only issue I had with them was one of the guys decided to take a pee under our swing set where neighbors, and myself, could see. Otherwise, the roof and siding both look beautiful.
