RecommendedOn behalf of the Ellen Jaggers family, we would like to thank the Norton Hospital Emergency Room. My mom was brought in Saturday in full arrest and passed away. The care and compassion shown to my family was outstanding. Being a former nurse with Norton Hospital, I knew many of the staff. Many thanks to Christy Geary, House Supervisor. BEWARE COVID PATIENTS READ!!! On December 3rd my mom was admitted as a COVID/pneumonia patient along with my Father who was transferred here from another hospital with COVID/pneumonia, unfortunately we lost my dad two days ago, HIS NURSES IN 5 F WERE AMAZING. Adrian and Kara are the boom. Since then we have not been able to see my mother who has been continuously testing positive for COVID since November 23rd. Black people do not come for any form of care at any Norton's facility. if you look up medical disparity in the Black community you will see their face. They dismiss blacks at a higher rate, will try and make you feel like your symptoms aren't real. Norton Healthcare is deep rooted in racism!!!!!

RecommendedI just want to thank the awesome staff at the long term care post covid clinic in Norton Hospital in Louisville Kentucky. Its not often you run into one, let alone several staff in the Medical setting, who actually cares. I felt well taken care of, respected and feel like I'm finally getting somewhere and actually someone to finally listen, couldnt ask for more. If anyone from Norton Hospital Pavillion on Broadway is reading. Be very grateful for your awesome staff, and proud that they are working for you. Treat them right. ... read more
