I took a cancellation list appt. Dr Slavova was angry that she had no info on me because I was given nothing to complete. My first time with Norton. She took it out on me with rapid-fire questioning and poor communication. Will never return. I have been waiting on a return call from OM. Never received any reply to my email sent as directed (in their response). Update: Update: I recently was able to share with Practice Manager. She was delightful and very supportive.
