Wonderful doctors and especially the office staff. Assisted me to schedule an appointment with Dr. O'Koon due to his office not responding to phone calls or sending paperwork when promised. Thanks again to the staff at this Nortons office.
An update to my previous review. My husband died after the care of Justin Cartwright. Full review is down a few. Run. Far away.
My mother has been a patient of Dr. Watts for several yrs. since her longtime Dr. retired. He is patient, thoughtful, and very thorough. He's always booked solid, but when you're with him he makes you feel like the only patient he has. Recently at the ER the nurse manager came to me and said 'I saw on your moms chart that Dr. Watts is her PCP. He's mine too! Dont you just Love him!?!' The answer of course was Yes We do! His nurse is great also.
Removed my one star review will you? They are refusing to fill my prescriptions . How is this even legal ?
Best primary care team by far!!! Love love love all the staff from the time you walk in the door til when you see your physician. Never waited more than 10 minutes!!! Justin Cartwright is so knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. I live 45 minutes away and make the drive just for the quality of care!!!
