I will be looking for another primary care provider. They messed up the dosage on my medication. I called to correct it. They messed it up again but I was able to make it work. They then changed and messed up the dosage a third time. The actual level of incompetence from a medical provider is astounding. They recently denied my dosage and told me to call. So I did. I will be removing myself from a patient here. I’ve been dizzy for almost two weeks now and been feeling way off been trying to get help and figure out why and I have had my labs drawn twice now with each time getting worse and I’m not getting any better and the doctor just sweeping it under the rug no response back on anything that I can do to help myself or what I needs to be down. I saw Dr Rice for my regular checkup and my med refills. It was time for my blood work. I got there about 30 minutes early got called back in about 5 minutes and was ready to go at the time of my appointment. Everyone is so friendly and nice.
