Went in for labs appointment wasn't until 8a but they got me back at 7:35
Called to inform office we were running late. I was told that it was fine, but when arrived about 20 minutes after scheduled appointment time, the staff at the desk said the appointment needed to be rescheduled since we were past the 15 minute mark. No in the parking lot, no one in the lobby and just minutes ago told no problem to come to the appointment. Fortunately, my mother did get seen. I'm just shaking me head!
