Had an appt scheduled here made maybe 5 months or so in advance because that was earliest a new patient could get. Got a call from an extremely rude lady the day of appointment telling me it was cancelled and telling me I could be rescheduled another 3 months out! She refused to answer a very simple and straightforward question instead repeating over and over that was the earliest appt and then hung up on me. Guess I’ll stay at Baptist.
This whole office is wonderful. From check in, to medical assistant, to lab. I see Dr. Sunita Dwivedi, MD. I would highly recommend her for your care. She is very kind and thorough. Top tier. I appreciate great care like this! Thank you!
I drive 40 minutes to see my provider because I like her. I was 10 minutes late and was turned away. On top of that I guess they hired an incompetent woman at the front desk who doesn’t know the difference in insurances.
