Norton Pediatric Urology has been a complete failure in handling my son’s care. My son was scheduled for hypospadias correction surgery on 9/8 with Dr. Flack. I was reassured multiple times by both his original surgeon’s scheduler and Dr. Flack’s scheduler that the date would not be affected when his original surgeon left the practice.
