Dr.Meier displayed the the utmost care & professionalism towards patients. He spend time explaining exrays& answers questions in a way that ensures clarification. He welcomes questions & never rush.The Team @the front desk is highly trained & very friendly- keeping both Doctors & patients on schedule. We have been going to Norton Children Hospital over several years & highly recommend them.
Dr Moyer and every staff member we’ve come in contact with have been so kind and helpful. We look forward to our appointments knowing it will always be a pleasant experience!
Please hire friendlier staff! I went to the door to deliver some documents that my mother needed, and the man at the reception shouted “What’s up?” at me in a rude and unprofessional tone. He even rolled his eyes 🙄 when he had to open the door for just a moment so I could hand over the papers. He didn’t even say “How can I help you?” or “What do you need?” Terrible customer service experience.
They were all so wonderful, And to top it off we came for Halloween of all days and they were all in wizard of Oz and wicked costumes
