I wish I could leave zero stars. My experience with scheduling was so bad that I decided to take my daughter to a non-Norton audiology practice. Our pediatrician sent a referral with a diagnosis that was very clearly for audiology. The only problem was that the referral was accidentally marked ENT instead. Since the practice is literally called ENT & Audiology, I thought it would be a simple fix or that the scheduler could at least ask the practice manager if they could accept it. Called to follow up with an emergency referral for our child who had a bug in his ear that ER couldn’t remove. The scheduler said that we could be seen for this on the 29th (this happened on the 11th) and when I started to say that this is a bug in his ear (imagine knowing a bug is just sitting in your ear) and asked if they could work something out sooner and before I got it all out she yelled over me to let her finish. Dr. Idstein was so helpful in diagnosing a tonsillectomy for our 5-yr old. Dr. Levin performed the surgery and was so kind and really took her time pre-operation to make sure we were comfortable. She was so kind and informative. We didn't feel rushed at all. It's always scary when your kiddo is undergoing anesthesia and facing a tough recovery and she made us feel comforted and confident. Thank you!
