We love the therapy that my kids receive here.
I've been here twice. Both of my stays were good. My first wasn't as good because my roommate was very aggressive towards me and tried to get me to escape with her at night time. Thankfully they moved my room. The food was amazing! The doctors that you have to talk to SUCK. They don't recognize when you are irritated. She refused to up my dosage on something and provided no explanation as to why. The other staff are really good, though. Ms Lauren was especially good. The first experience I had here as a patient was very positive, but the second time around, I was dealing with much more severe issues. During the second stay, I was repetitively put into "safety holds," often with an unnecessary amount of force and often with male staff ( I am a female). In one occurrence, I was held in a 4-point hold with all male CNAs and groped while given a sedative injection in my butt by another male nurse, with no female staff consistently present. I'm so grateful we found this place. My nine year old loves Dr. Seaton. He's the best!
I love this office. My daughter sees Dr. Gallehr and he is one of the best doctors I've ever encountered. The office staff is friendly and attentive. Couldn't be happier.
