My experience overall with this company has not been good and I can't possibly recommend them. Lots of smiles and joviality on the part of the owner but in terms of delivery and promises kept just appalling - after sales/warranty/defects is the worst. Find someone else to build your home.

We built a new home with Norton in 2020. From the outset, the process was very smooth and not stressful. Our site manager was fantastic and always had our interests at heart. They finished ahead of schedule and any issues were quickly resolved. They were great to deal with and improved our initial design significantly and assisted us in choosing our fittings and colours. We found the quality to be excellent! The after service was amazing. We love our new home and would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.
