Very nice and friendly people
First time patient of Dr. Kathryn Strait last in March of 2025. The consult visit went well but I left with a lot of questions about next steps. Unfortunately, over the next several weeks I would spend much time calling and emailing their office staff regarding the results of my home study. Had a sleep study last night. The tech was very attractive and thoughtful. Was right on top of my gasping for air
I would 100% not recommend Norton Sleep Center (any location). They do not respond to My Chart messages or phone calls in any sort of timely manner. I've been trying to get a medication Dr. Trice prescribed for months, and his office staff can't or doesn't care to get it together enough to resolve whatever the issue is with the specialty pharmacy even after the pharmacy has reached out to them at least a dozen times.
