First time patient of Dr. Kathryn Strait last in March of 2025. The consult visit went well but I left with a lot of questions about next steps. Unfortunately, over the next several weeks I would spend much time calling and emailing their office staff regarding the results of my home study. I would 100% not recommend Norton Sleep Center (any location). They do not respond to My Chart messages or phone calls in any sort of timely manner. I've been trying to get a medication Dr. Trice prescribed for months, and his office staff can't or doesn't care to get it together enough to resolve whatever the issue is with the specialty pharmacy even after the pharmacy has reached out to them at least a dozen times. This was the biggest waste of time ever! It took months to get an appointment. Then I get there and get ambushed in the hallway by a lady who tells me I have to go up to the first floor of the hospital to register. I get upstairs to registration and they claim they don't do registration for the sleep center. They took my name and told me to have a seat. An hour later and 45 minutes past my appointment time, all the registration office are empty with one of the clerks coming out into the waiting area to look out a window and ... read more
