I was referred to this office by my PCP and the appointment was scheduled for the next day. I was seen by Dr. Luke Robinson and I was very pleased with the care I received. My appointment was at 2pm on 10-23-2024 and I was seen and had an injection in the base of my thumb and was told I should be pain free within 5 days. I woke up this morning and the pain is about gone. Friendly staff from the time I walked in until I left about 1hr later.
Had 2 surgery’s done by victor . First surgery was good until I got an infection so he did the 2nd surgery now my finger don’t bend in the tip like it should. Now I have to live with it not bending .. He said there is no more he can do to fix it.. I went to a another surgeon they said I would have to go through 3 more surgeries bc of victor.. don’t go here..
Any sliver of hope I had in our medical system died the day I went here hoping to find out what's wrong with my wrists. I spent hours waiting, doing tests, answering questions, filling out paperwork, etc. only for the doctor to come in and tell me "Sorry, I don't know what's wrong with you" with the most uncaring demeanor I've ever seen. TikTok is more helpful than you lot.

If I could rate this office 0 stars I would. My partner went in to get a cast for two fractures in his arm, and they sent him home with a cheap looking arm brace that barely even covered that spot that is broken! He left in excruciating pain and had to go back to the emergency room to get a new splint until he can receive a cast. Dr. Tate is extremely negligent and clearly doesn’t care about the patients that he oversees. Completely unprofessional, and honestly he shouldn’t be allowed to continue his practice.
