I would give them zero stars if It was an option. This office - both the doctors we saw and the office manager (Randi) we reached out to for help were unprofessional and lack compassion and respect for patients. My 14yo son was mistreated and scared to death because of the doctor’s actions. Dr. Fehrenbacher walked in and performed a procedure without obtaining informed consent - he did not discuss it with us (parents) or my son before he did it.
