Appoinment booking is too far out. They only work with certain people so for me to do anything from where I lived I had to drive 1 hour 30 mins. When I asked them if there was anything closer they told me its ny responsibility to go find something closer not theirs. First time I have ever been told that from a medical team. Speaking to them, it felt like I was just a number and there was no true care to provide good care. My opinion its a check the block location. Find somewhere else.
Worst customer service i have ever seen. Why tell me that my Dr is retiring and let me choose a new one just to wait till of the appointment to tell me the new Dr refuses to see me and I have to stick with the Dr that retired.
Too many patients and not enough care. The doctor said he would prescribe an anti-inflammatory cream but he or someone on his staff forgot to send the prescription to my pharmacy. Therefore, in addition to the 30 minutes I spent waiting on my appointment, I spent an additional ten minutes on the phone overseeing their work trying to get them to complete the job the are being paid for.
Go a head and go if you want to be sitting in the office 40 minutes past your appointment time while they are out there talking about their time off.
