I am highly disappointed with this company's customer service. I have yet to receive my mail in my correct mailbox. The mailboxes don't have numbers on them due to the lack of supervision and maintenance on this property. Office hours are not posted on the building nor are they posted on any signs on or around the property. If this leasing office opens from 9-5pm (asked a neighbor) why are lunches being taken from 12-1:30pm? You cannot serve all of your residents needs with these office hours..
