I’ve had such a great experience with this little holistic spot in downtown Antigo. It’s a calm, quiet space offering things like IV infusions and red light therapy, and you can really feel the care that goes into it. The owner is super attentive and easy to talk to. She’s very knowledgeable, but also really thoughtful in how she approaches your health and wellbeing—never pushy, just genuinely caring. You can tell she works hard and truly cares about the people she serves. So glad to have a place like this in our community.

After having lingering congestion & shortness of breath a friend had told me about Liz & I had to try it. Liz is extremely knowledgeable & answered all my questions while putting me at ease. I had an infusion & it was pain free! I never thought having an IV could be relaxing. While Liz was doing some reflexology I noticed a difference in my breathing! I wish I would have tried this sooner.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the treatments I have received from Liz. Performance infusions provided me with proven results. Last weekend I biked close to 10,000 vertical feet and normally after a training session like that, would require multiple days to recover. With the infusion I received before the training session, I felt incredible the very next day. Less fatigue, less muscle pain and less lower back discomfort.
