Do not buy a hot tub from this dealer. he is no longer a Hot Springs Dealer and you will regret working with him. Go to Luxury tub and spa in Petoskey for service and products. they are the new dealer in the Petoskey area.
Paid for a cover and service repair in April of 2019. They have not done it yet as of December2019. Don't return calls. Promise delivery and don't show. I asked for money back. They ignored me. In March 2020, I Sent a letter and gave a response date. They never called. Finally I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. Our hot tub has sustained damage beyond repair, this was stated in the letter to them. They did not respond. I don't normally post bad reviews but this was uncalled for.
Cannot warn you enough to go elsewhere. We attempted to purchase a hot tub through them in the middle of August. They received full payment from us two weeks later to ensure a rapid delivery. We were told initially the tub would be installed the week of September 16. To make a long story short by the time we got to Thanksgiving we had had no hot tub no delivery date and no one to tell us any information after multiple calls. This is no longer an authorized Hot Springs Dealer. They may try to charm talk you into believing they are working with other local authorized dealers, but they are not. They'll take your money and that will be the end of it.
