Dan scores again. I was installing a web TSTAT and having trouble with the wiring. Called Dan - rather than telling me he was out of town, he said “send me some pictures of the wiring block.” 3 minutes later I was powered up and running! That’s awesome customer service! Dan is an all-star. Professional and courteous. Moreover, he really cares. We had an emergency furnace issue, and Dan postponed his holiday travel plans to stop by and repair. Too bad there are only 5 stars, he gets 10.
Dan took care of my furnace problem the same day and at a very reasonable rate. I've saved his number for any future problems I may encounter. I'd recommend him. Thanks Dan!!
Put in furnace for me. Excellent job, cleaned place up good when done. Very professional . I would recommend him highly.
