So grateful for the work that Northwoods does! We've been having some issues with water pooling near the foundation of our house. Rebecca got us on the schedule quickly; Devon and his son came out and got us squared away with a new drainage system that is not only functional, but looks great as well. I highly recommend their services!
Devon and Rebecca are great to work with. They responded to us immediately and set up an appointment for a quote the very next day. Devon and his son, Jude, are extremely tidy, hard workers. They even pulled the trim and rolled back the carpet just in case there was any moisture from the concrete saw, which there was none. All of the excavated dirt was placed on top of a tarp and the material that wasn't used for backfill was loaded and removed in a trailer. As you can see in the pictures, the cuts are precise. Very happy with the building site prep, very happy with the help on the large concrete slab we poured last Sept. 2022. Devin displays confidence on the jobsite which is clearly based on many prior years of experience in various areas of construction etc. Thank you again Devin, your help was instrumental in taking the vision from pencil & paper to reality !
Devon literally saved our home. When I called, we had a foot of water in our basement, and it was not letting up. Devon came out to take a look that day. Had drain tile installed and connect to my sump basket with all the foundation cracks repaired; never had water in my basement again! Also had two egress windows installed with totally converted the basement into a beautiful living space!
