If there were zero stars, that would be my rating based on how this company operates. It’s a surprise they are in business. Fraud is illegal unless you’re a Kbid affiliate. Kbid takes no responsibility for their affiliates and Kbid owner argues with customer reviews to make it look like the customers are lying. FRAUDULENT businesses! Only in America they are allowed to get away with this!
I bid for a 2005 Mazda tribute online and won the auction. I drove up to hundred miles to pick up the vehicle and arrive five minutes before posted closing time on the auction bid. No one was there and I had made two calls to tell them I was coming. I again tried to pick up the vehicle but was stopped by a snowstorm. They agreed to transport the car to Minneapolis where I would meet them. They arrived and we completed the transaction.
