In my personal opinion this is the worst place to live in Bay City. The management is the worst and the head lady for a lack of better words should move out and find another daytime job. "She" Cheryl is very rude and condescending to those that live here. and when you try to bring something to her attention like the toxic septank system that has not had any maintenance and hasnt been cleaned in the whole 8 years that me and my husband have lived here and when you try to talk to her about this ongoing problem she gets dow... read more
