Had no issues whatsoever until came time to move out and receive my security deposit. I asked for a walkthrough prior to moving out but it’s been nothing but excuses due to COVID-19. No charges whatsoever for the inside of the apartment as I kept it clean, however garbage that was left for collection was thrown back onto the property and ripped open after I had already left. Walter MacFann is the most unprofessional person I've ever tried to have a conversation with. He threatened and screamed at me. He continuously interrupted me when I was explaining a situation. Basically called me a liar, but once he found out I told him the truth he never called with an apology. He called my daughter and he began to scream at her she said goodbye and hung up . He had the nerve to call her back and tell her not hang up on him. What kind of power trip is this man on?

I can't thank Walter MacFann of Northwood Tri County Realty Associates enough for his professionalism, expertise and hard work in helping me sell my home. He was amazingly responsive in answering my many questions and offered very helpful advice through the process, putting my mind at ease. My home moved quickly, with an offer in 8 days!
